Nature As Therapy

DEEP CONNECTION

Connection with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world is part of a healthy human existence.

The modern world, however, works against us with its high-tech social scene, work that never stops, and our isolated living conditions.

It’s time to take stock, reflect, and choose something different for ourselves, it’s time to reconnect.

THE OUTDOORS

Simply put, we don’t get outside enough.

We know contact with nature is an important part of being well, physically and mentally. And it makes us feel good!

This is your official invitation to sample an essential part of being human (and maybe put it on your regular menu!).

STILLNESS

As we ground ourselves in nature our nervous system naturally quiets and we can enjoy the stillness within us and around us.

Nature provides an uncomplicated passage to calm and ease that is accessible to all.
